Hotel Post Örglwirt offers an à la carte Restaurant and a private dining room only for guests of Örglwirt's Holiday World in the heart of Mariapfarr in the Salzburg mountains. We will spoil you with traditional Austrian cuisine and regional delicacies.
In the à la carte Restaurant, guests are invited to enjoy lunch or dinner in the non-smoking "Zirm-Stub’n“ and „Poststube“. Enjoy Örglwirt’s nature kitchen with salads, herbs and vegetables, as well as strawberries and raspberries from the garden and many other products from the region. We serve typical Austrian cuisine, such as mushroom dishes and our specialty, Örglwirt’s lamb sausage and many other lamb delicacies. Our famous homemade schnapps are a perfect complement to the delicious food.

The hotel bar is open from 9am until 10 pm for coffee, aperitifs and digestives. Meet new people and chat with other guests in the relaxed atmosphere of the cosy bar.
The two parlours with their traditional cosy ambience are also ideal for small parties (up to 30 people) such as baptisms, weddings, birthday parties and family reunions etc. Closed on Mondays (except for house guests!).
The dining room at Hotel Post Örglwirt is open only to guests of the holiday world. Here, the hotel and apartment guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast, which we prepare lovingly with fresh produce from local farms. Natural pressed apple juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade jams and local honey, farm butter from the region, fresh sausage and ham specialties, rich cheeses, yogurt, delicious fruit salad and homemade compotes, and a large selection of muesli and cereals along with the serve yourself blends of tea from our selection will provide a wonderful start to your day.
To ensure an enjoyable end to a memorable vacation stay here in the evening from 6-8pm the 4 course choice menu with fresh salads and delicious cuisine from our nature’s kitchen, under the personal direction of the house chef Andreas Santner and senior manager chef Elfriede Santner. We prepare the meals with so much love and look forward to surprising you with its quality and sophistication.
We try to make as many products as possible ourselves, because it is the only way to ensure the highest quality and healthiest food for our guests. Natural pressed apple juice, berry schnapps from 4 different berries and plums, homemade smoked bacon, dry-cured ham, wild board and deer meat, various teas, jams and compotes are among our repertoire. You are also welcome to purchase these products in our farm store.
