We try to make as many products as possible ourselves, because this is the only way we can be sure of offering our guests the best quality and healthy food. Our repertoire includes naturally cloudy apple juice, rowanberry schnapps, 4-fruit brandy, plum brandy, plum brandy, starter schnapps, home-smoked bacon, air-dried raw ham, wild boar and venison ham, various teas, compotes and homemade jam cuvées.
